Slowest JJ's I've ever been to. I was able to fill my drink and use the restroom before my sandwich was ready. And I was the only customer in the joint. When my Italian Night Club finally arrived, it was exactly the same as you would get at any other JJ's.

40mins and still no sandwhich.. No call nothing I had to give them a call to see what's going on. Poor customer service over the phone too. Call after 10min if you don't receive your order these people are slowwww

Worst service I got in my life. And that's a lot to say for fast food service. Staff act like if u were bothering then. Constantly talking among them and on the phone. Avoid this place

Great experience through the drive-thru!!! The guy helped me pick a sandwich (it was my first time). They were nice, fast and patient! Great customer service! The chips were some of the best chips I've ever had!!

First time here, the staff took a while to take my order. Then I go to eat my sub and the bread is super hard. I think ill stick with subway
