This was our third and last time ordering pizza from this location. The two teenagers or young adults (males between the ages 16-21) was nonchalant. We ordered a $7.99 on-line two topping special. We ordered easy on the sauce with chicken and pepperoni topping. When we arrived to pick it up, we spoke to the young male (customer service) representative who refused to speak and just stated in-tune with the basketball game that was on TV. I said I would like to pick up my order. He said she will be with you. They showed us the pizza and it appeared to be correct. Once we got home the pizza was not cut correctly. Cheese was not all the way cook. We tried cutting the pizza and the cheese and topping was mushy. It was horrible. Again, this was our third and LAST experience and time ordering with this location. We have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years but this location is not only subpar but horrible.

I spent 59.49 last night at this Pizza Hut and they will NEVER get another dime of my hard earned money. The only reason I didn’t cancel the order is because my kids really wanted it and they were hungry. We had already waited an hour and a half before it was finally delivered. When I called them back after an hour passed I was on hold 15 minuets. When someone finally came back to the phone I asked would I get a discount or was my order free I was told that I would get a discount on my NEXT ORDER. Lol as if I would ever order from them again. I wish I would give no stars cause their not worth 1.

Before ordering pizza from here order dominks or something else i ordered 2 large pizzas at 9:21pm they saod it'll be arrived in 50min its 11:36 and nothingthis place sucks,then the lady asked for a location and gave the delivery driver a whole other address

Manager is some funky ass African bit** she hung up in my face twice after delivering me pasta that had spilled out the box, bread sticks were hard asf and the cookie was burnt and there was black stuff in my pasta!!! She called my phone very rudely and cancelled my remake she need to be fired and it's the same manager from the 2234 store that's currently closed due to hurricane Harvey damages!
