They make the sandwiches REALLY FAST, and they have a variety of music playing all the time. The staff is very friendly and nice, and never mess up the orders. The food is delicious. The interior is nicely decorated, as all Jimmy John's have the same decor, but it is always clean. Overall, it's awesome.

Food gets to you quickly and tastes amazing! Since I live in a college town with a lot of bars it is great drunk food, and gets really busy past 10 and I would avoid it between 1:30am and 2:15am when the bars are closing cause the get a rush and nobody likes to deal with the crowd when they get rowdy. Other than that I definately recommend!

The sandwich is like any other Jimmy John's sandwich, it was awesome. The restaurant was clean, But the workers seemed more interested in having fun than waiting on the customer. And they had no sweet or iced tea.

Awful experience from this Jimmy John's this evening. If you're thinking of ordering from this location, I recommend trying somewhere else. Placed an order at 2:47 AM, followed up at 3:39 and they said it'd be on its way shortly, and then call again at 4:01 when they told me they didn't even have the order in. The first time I called to place the order, they didn't even ask me for a card number, they just said "Okay, bye." Now, they've run out of french bread so I have to have it on wheat bread. And all they sat is well we'll throw in a free medium drink. Mind you, I've been waiting over an hour for this and they don't even have the french bread I wanted. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this Jimmy John's again.

HUGE JJs fan, do NOT order from this one! The GM, Cocker, swears at customers, and is terrible to his employees. If you need a late night Carbondale snack Sam’s Cafe is where to go.
