Food was good, I accidentally put in Main rather than Mill. Driver called and I corrected it and apologized. Driver was very rude and the location he ended up at was 3 minutes from the correct location. He then made me walk out of my building honked at me and made me walk to his car. He then again complained and was rude to me about the incorrect address. Good food, horrible employees. Ticket number 48754

Extremely rude employee. A lady answered and took my order over the phone. She was rude the entire time I was placing my order. I called back just to make sure everything was correct due to her miscommunication and she HUNG UP on me! I immediately called back to cancel my order because obviously their customer service is trash, she then hung up on me again. This was my first time ordering from here, well attempting to and it will be my last! Save your money and give it to a business who values proper customer service.

I’ve lived in Carbondale for 7 years and I’ve always had thee best experience ordering from here.  The man is so sweet and knows exactly who we are when we call and he’s always throwing in something extra!  More places should be more like them!
