I like the sanwiches but you now have a 5$ delivery charge. I used to tip 5-6 buck to the driver but this delivery i tipped 2 thinking the driver gets the 5$ to find out they dont. Shame on your buisness and i feel bad i didnt have extra cash to throw the girl who delivered after finding that out.

I'm a former employee of this location. The manager is rude, arrogant, selfish, two-faced and an overall mean person. She will act nice to a customer but as soon as they leave turn around and say how weird they were or something extremely inappropriate for a manager to say about a customer to their employees. I also brought attention to the manager that there was hundreds of ants in the store and she brushed it off as "its ant season". The food is fine, the bread is not fresh its frozen. Deliveries here could take up to 40 minutes so the whole "freaky fast" slogan doesn't apply to this store. After I was forced to quit I got my last check and realized it was missing an entire shift of pay ( 5 hours ). Other employees had told me that this was a common occurrence and just part of the job.    This location is currently under investigation by the Illinois Department of Labor for Wage Theft. There are many other restaurants that offer better food options and delivery in the area.

The owner was very rude and ignorant. I only wanted to use the facility's restroom and he kicked me out stating that "this is is America and we don't let the homeless use our restrooms". I would've appreciated a heads up on their customer-only restroom policy. Avoid this place it is the worst!

Great location with well made sandwiches and bread.  Wish they delivered to our home.

I worked at this location and my experience was terrible. The pay wasn't too bad the only good part, but When your the only black person working there dealing with a racist boss everyday talking and whining about stupid things all the time it doesn't make your life any pleasant. I will be looking for better source of work or find a better Jimmy John's to work at because quite frankly this is not the one and I don't recommend
