Pretty confused and irritated. I have ordered from this jimmy Johns for delivery MANY times since I have lived in my apartment and moved here this last August. I live in an apartment place called spring brook flats which is .5 Miles from the jimmy Johns I always order from. It’s really nice to order lunch to be delivered while I’m studying or doing homework. Today when I called to place an order I was told that my address is a dead zone???? I paused as asked “since when” and he replied with “about a year ago when we went under new ownership”... to that I said “ummmm I’ve lived here for the last 7 months and have never had an issue with my food being delivered here before.” He then said that “they must have made a mistake when they have delivered to you before, because you live in a dead zone” *click* HE HUNG UP ON ME! What?! ... I’m sorry that just doesn’t make any sense at all, I’m assuming the person I spoke with on the phone made a mistake, but my god, when he asked me for my address I barely got my street name out before he talked over the top of me to say I’m in a dead zone. The customer service was awful. Also I have placed online order for delivery before with no issues so I’m obviously in an area that can be delivered to, or it wouldn’t let me check out.  If I want my sub that bad I’ll go out and get it myself, but if I’m going out to get it, I might as well keep driving .2 miles further and get Jersey Mikes instead.

Fantastic delivery! Had a minor mix-up with my order and they immediately delivered a replacement!
