I. Love. This. Pizza. And the staff is so nice. BUT they are the slowest place ever. We ordered our pizza THE NIGHT BEFORE and asked for it to be ready by 5:45pm it’s now 6:10 and they said it will be another 6 minutes. This is the third time this has happened. But like I said I. Love. This. Pizza.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We place an order at 11pm. It said an 1 1/2 hour wait. I was okay with it because everywhere was busy. At 12:50 I called them and they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven. They said they would and they'd get it right out to me. Mind you we were staying at a hotel 2 miles from their store. At 1:30 We give them a call again someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. We called back they answer and say their computer was down and hung up again. We were hung up on 3 times. I finally got a hold of someone and they were very rude. They still hadn't put my pizza in the oven and it was 2:30.  So after 3 1/2 hours of waiting for pizza I never got I told them to cancel the order and I wanted my money back. They said they canceled it and they'd reverse the chargers. Well nope. I will be charged for pizza I never received.

Theeeeee worst possible experience ever. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Not even a mile from the place and we were given an hour wait. Understandable. The pizza showed up 2 hours later. When we called to see where the pizza was, they offered a free pizza NEXT time. There won’t be a next time. Don’t. Do. Delivery.

The staff at toppers is always friendly. So it’s hard for me to give a bad review, but they always take FOREVER. & it’s always pretty cold by the time you get it. I believe that they’re extremely understaffed.

Best pizza I have had by far. The cheeseburger pizza is my fave and the cheese bread or cinnamon sticks are amazing as well. 5 of 5 stars for sure
