When I go to a JJ shop I want to be in and out the door in under a minute, and this location always makes that happen.

Horrible place.. rude employees. I asked for napkins and the girl rolled her eyes and said" they are right there... "well my bad little child didn't know I had to reach over to your side of the counter where they are not in sight at all and then they had 2 people in front of me and had the sandwiches up on the counter and they never once told me they were mine so I was waiting for 10 mins till she said you know those are yours... well okay speak up.

My wife ordered five sandwiches. Four out of five were wrong. She had to drive back to get new ones. 
She barely got an I'm sorry. Terrible customer service. 
They  should take lessons from the JJ in Crestwood

I didn't get to absorb the atmosphere of this specific JJ because I was in the store for so little. My Sandwich was done before I could put my wallet away, which is impressive. There were only two tables and they were by super foggy windows, so I don't really recommend eating in-- I know I didn't. I don't think JJ is supposed to be an eat-in place so that's fine. 

The young gentleman that took my order wasn't actively rude. However, when I handed him my card for payment, he swiped the card and then placed the card two feet away from me on the counter without saying a word. That doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's the details that matter when it comes to customer service. If I hand someone my card, they need to hand it back to me. If I had rudely placed my card on the counter, then he is allowed to do the same... but I didn't. Still, the employee that made my sandwich thanked me and even smiled. This saved the transaction. Also, the sandwich was delicious.
