The food is great anyway, but this is all about customer service.

As I waited to receive pizzas for me and my family, one of the guys from the back came out and called my name.

He then proceeded to tell me that the pizza for me and my oldest was a little more well done than they normally would send it out.

He offered to show me the first pizza to see if it would be okay.  I took a look and knowing my picky eater of an older son, I let him know that had it been just for me, it would be fine, but I knew it would be a problem for my kid.

He then told me to wait about 10 minutes and he would get a brand new pizza baked up, give us the original pizza and take the cost of that large pizza off our bill.

I thanked him several times, both for letting me know and for being so great about the entire situation.

These are the little things that good businesses do to be great and this is what will keep us ordering from the Tinley Park Lou's for a long time to come.

When they opened the pizza taste just like the one up north. But as the months went by the pizza started to be burnt. The staff is laughing and playing when you walk in. How can you burn a pizza? It should be a timer or something to let you know it's ready. Anyway I will be going out my way to get my next pizza from another Lou malnatis.

Overpriced for what you get. They never have coupons which kind of stinks. We usually go two other places I accept that Lou is right around the corner. The pizza is good and we have never had a bad experience but it is expensive as far as Pizza goes

Lou Malnati’s quality pizza here, but downtown locations still the best. Lou’s salad and Sweet Vinegrette dressing is very good.
However, Personnel (young lady) at this location needs a bit more customer service training in treating ALL guests as valued customers. Too much attitude for cashiering at a long time established pizza place. There are other locations to patronize without receiving attitude from a woman staff member.
Pizza without attitude please !
