Food was fine, bread was a little hard. The customer service was absolutely horrible even though I had a to go order that was already ready. A gentleman whose name I'll keep a secret was told multiple times by the woman making sandwiches to ask my order while he was carrying on a coversation with another guy. Even after that didn't ask my order or anything just stared at me until I told him what I was there for. This is the closest location to me and I will NEVER go again. I am definitely willing to speak with a manager

I was a first time customer today. I online ordered and picked up. The food was ready fast, but not without suffering in quality tremendously. It had 4 strips of bacon on it that was obviously the precooked kind and very thin slices. I would be surprised if it was 2 oz of meat. The bread was also very soggy and the sandwich was ice cold as if it had been premade hours earlier. Please view the photos for detail. Very disappointed. No, I did not ask for a refund or call as I did not have the time during my lunch hour. In the split picture the top photo is from their menu and the bottom is what I received.

The bread was better than some locations in the Tulsa area.  The staff was friendly and quick with our order.  Store was clean and was not busy, with only a small number of people during our visit.   The location is good and near the highway.

The food is always great...but I thought JJ’s was supposed to be fast?

Cause this is freaky slow....every time.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would customer service is a joke there when placing a order they would not deliver because they only deliver a mile and a half radius but we are 2 miles from them which he didnt tell us until we got thru the entire order so I asked if he knew somewhere closer that would deliver  so I could feed my family at which point he responded with "If it were up your a** you'd know " my husband is livid
