I ordered at 2:10 pm during the work week. According to the tracker, it was out for delivery at 2:23 pm, but it did not arrive until 2:58 pm; our office is less than a half mile away from Jimmy Johns. That is NOT freaky fast. If this was a pizza, I'd understand, but if your slogan is "freaky fast - it should be here in under 20 minutes, especially if all delivery locations are within a mile radius of each other. When I asked the delivery guy, he said he had to take 5 deliveries at 1 time, and they had no other drivers working. A Jimmy Johns next to a business complex, should have more than 1 driver around time during the work week. I have had coworkers wait over an hour for deliveries from this Jimmy Johns location before. I probably won't order from this location again.

They are very polite on the phone at all three stores in the area that do not deliver to me, they are unable to do a manager override and deliver to certain areas and I happened to live in one of them, I have actually never eaten there or ordered anything from them and now because they don't deliver to my area I may never get to try them. This makes me kind of sad.

Poor service with unusually small sandwiches today. Store was dirty. Staff ignored us. Chips were being thrown around. Lots of small broken chips in our bag and can see why after seeing a guy shoot them into a box like basketballs before stocking. Overall a bad experience at this particular Jimmy John's.

Always enjoyed Jimmy John's I think it's a great place to stop for a quick sandwich I think they have reasonable prices Very quick service The always seemed happy friendly staff At every location of ever been to And I like the idea that you can buy just the sandwich you don't have to have a drink in chips with it I will shop Jimmy  John's in the future
