I would give no stars if I could. Family and I ate here when we stopped for the night during a 2,175 mile trip across the country. The only person who wasn't sick was my 3 year old daughter who didn't eat the pizza. 10hrs on the road with terrible food poisoning the following day. Definitely won't return.

I ordered here twice. Once because I had a coupon for a free large pizza on my next order if I used visa checkout. I thought I'll give it a shot. I ordered online, waited and waited... Finally, over an hour later the driver calls and says he's at the front desk and I'm thinking umm okay, but I live in a house. I look outside and no one... I call the number back and tell the driver I live in a house so not sure where you're at. I give him the address again and wait another 20-30 minutes before he actually arrives. He acts normal, no I'm so sorry for your wait or offers/coupons, nothing. The pizza is cold by now and not that great. I submit a review and finally am connected to the General manager who offers a free large on my next order. I order again and use my visa coupon instead of the offer for the free large to get it used and some other items including a 2-liter. So this time the driver forgot the 2-liter.  I write the manager again by email and then decide to just call back. They're quite rude like I'm a burden and just say okay we will drop it off. Another 45 min. - 1 hour later it shows up after we've already eaten, so that's that. Anyhow, they drop it off, no coupons, no apologies.. I'm kind of dumbfounded how if they do something wrong, they act like the customer is just being an a-hole for complaining. I've honestly never received such bad service and even the general manager was rude to me in the emails like I'm just trying to get free stuff.  The point was I felt like I paid for something to be done right and it wasn't.  Again, they offered a 2-liter. Long story short, I called today to claim my free pizza and 2-liter. The manager treated me rude and told me there was only a 2-liter on my list. I felt like a nuisance to them and I would never order there again.  If you want really bad service and no apologies for it, this is your place.

Place of business ordered pizza  from this place of business for over year now never once have we used our place of business  to slander break the law or cheat anybody out of money or food tonight we called this place of business to order food as we always have for over year now on third shift and was told that they cannot take a cash order from Us because they got fake money never once have we gotten fake money from anywhere unless it came from a store from receiving change or money back none of us would have known that we’ve given anyone fake money We have never been or felt disrespected so much for false allegations they have definitely lost our business smh
