This place is horrible everything is ran by a bunch of children no older than 23 very unorganized. The managers seem like they don’t know what they are doing the regular has messed up my sandwich twice. Everyone just stands around looking at each tables are dirty they are playing and nobody seems to care this place needs a new line of managers older to handle things the right way these kids are not capable at this young age attitudes are nasty the owner really need to do something about this businesses should not be conducted in such manners if I could give this zero stars I would things need to change at this store I’ve also been to his other store and they are ran so much better than this one time to make change these kids aren’t ready.

We have ordered from this location multiple times, but each time is the same. They are Freaky Slow not Freaky Fast! They get 2 stars because the sandwich is usually good. Still sitting here waiting on our lunch that was ordered 1.5 hours ago and we are only 3 blocks away : (

Great guys! Great Sandwich! These other reviews are absurd. This is a sandwich shop. If you want it in ten minutes or less then pay up so these kids can afford to deliver sandwiches in a timely manner. You try taking half an hour to get through buckhead traffic in a car and then getting tipped $0 or may be a dollar. There is a reason why they are on bikes. It is called economics. Go to the Ritz if you want 5 star delivery service. I want a tasty sandwich at an affordable price and these guys do that. Thanks, guys!

Awesome delivery experience. I messed up my order, and they came back a second time with no problems. This location is super fast to order for delivery.

I’m writing this review mainly about the workers and not the restaurant. Because most of the time when I come to this store the service is excellent. However on Saturday March 17th at 1:40pm I received probably some of the worst customer service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in quite some time. My apologies if I get a little unprofessional with this review but that is how much they ticked me off.

I walked in and no one spoke. No hey welcome to Jimmy Johns or anything. Then they are just standing around, no working or anything. I went to the restroom and came back and there was still no one at the register.

When someone finally came to the register the girl had the worst attitude. She never even asked what I wanted she just kind of sat there and I’m like “okaaay can I get uhh”. Not only that I told her exactly what I wanted and she never repeated it back to make sure it was accurate or anything she just put it in and gave me a price. Didn’t even give me a chance to say “and I’m going to have chips and drink”. Then had the nerve to catch an attitude when I told her I wanted chips and drink. Like I said before she never repeated my order back to me for accuracy so of course when I got the receipt I saw she put that I said “no onions” when I never told her that at all. So I had to go back and tell the person making my sandwich what I wanted. Which leads to my next point...

The sandwhich maker had an attitude as well. I’m trying to tell her what I want to make sure it’s right and she’s whispering back at me. They have music playing in the store so if course I can’t hear her. Would you believe she caught an attitude because she had to repeat herself? 

Neither one of these girls even made eye contact with me. I said thanks for the sandwhich no one said “you’re welcome” or anything. The store wasn’t busy I was the only customer so I don’t see what they are uptight about. 

I was on break at my job and didn’t want to risk losing it but I was really about to snap on them. The cashiers name is Kaylyn the girl with the dreads. And the other I’m not sure but she had that piercing in her nose.
