What a wonderful staff so friendly. Let me start of by saying we walked in like two min. before close and they were nothing but sweet and so accommodating. I cant believe how amazing they were to us. Best Jimmy Johns i've been too.

I love Jimmy Johns and I order from here all the time. I am not sure what is going on in this particular store but the past few times they have messed the order up every time. One time it took 2 hours for my order to arrive!  Another time the driver went to Deerfield instead of Pompano!  They have forgotten my chips on several occasions. I’m just done with that store.

Food was good. But the service was awful.  The 2 guys here have NO personality and when you ask a question you either get a grunt, a mumble or they just point.  Was here at 1230pm  on 4 20.

I WILL NEVER ORDER JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN!!!! I AM 9 MONTHS PREGNANT AND CANNOT LEAVE WORK FOR LUNCH TODAY, SO I DECIDED TO PLACE AN ORDER AT 11:20AM. I REALIZED A PART OF THE ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT I CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY AFTER PLACING THE ORDER ONLINE AND I GOT A MESSAGE LIKE THEIR PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED. I PROCEEDED TO CALL ABOUT 30 MORE TIMES AND NOTHING. I EVENTUALLY CALLED ANOTHER STORE AND THEY ALSO TRIED AND SAID THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. NOONE CALLED ME OR TEXTED TO NOTIFY ME!! I EVENTUALLY GOT CORPORATE ON THE LINE AND THEY STATED THAT THE PHONE LINES WERE DOWN BUT WHY WASNT THE OTHER STORE'S DOWN?! AND THE KICKER IS THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCT..NOW THIS HAS BEEN 2 HOURS LATER AND NOW CORPORATE IS TELLING ME THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED BUT ONLINE MY ORDER SAYS OUT FOR DELIVERY.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Much rather stay hungry than eat in that place. Staff is rude, sandwiches are so lousy it's ridicules. For $7 you basically get a piece of stale bread with some lettuce. Enjoy!!
