I happened upon PDQ on accident my first time going to this establishment and what a pleasant surprise!! The food is fresh and cooked to order and the service is awesome, no matter the location. They make their sauces from scratch and their honey mustard is out of this world. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite and wants a better option than the regular fast food choices.

Good reflection of leadership and teamwork. Upon entering, I was greeted with enthusiasm and my order was taken quickly and there were no miscommunications.

Dining floor and restrooms we're kept clean and organized.

Food was QUALITY! My friends and I had a great time!

Jonae was amazing. She explained the menu and answered answered any and all questions I had. The zucchini fries were an excellent suggestion Jonae, thank you! Collins was also very accommodating. Allowing me to sample the sauces and making wonderful suggestions. This was my first time at a PDQ and I will certainly be back!

I loved this place when it first opened. It's still good but the tenders aren't as big as they used to be and I often get tendonous parts in my tender and I hate that. I don't have that problem anywhere else. I think people dedicated to quality turned into people dedicated to themselves as with most businesses.

This is very disturbing to me. My family recently visited PDQ and was treated Sooo poorly by the staff. I ordered my food and got something I didn't order. I asked for my correct order and was laughed at by manager. I was given the same sandwich back. I politely asked for a new one and was told that's what I ordered. Again I asked to speak to the manager and again the manager laughed and tried to make excuses why my burger had wrong ingredients for 3rd time. The most disgusting part of whole ordeal is I'm pretty sure there was spit in my burger! That's right human spit! Never again 
Will I go to this place. My wife and daughter also observed the manager and employees toasting shot glasses and taking shots of some kind of Liquid. I am assuming was alcohol. Sooo disappointed & disgusted!
