I used to go to the location in the mountains every chance I got. But since moving here I tried this location9325 Dorchester St #126, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 and it's like a completely different place. My beach club sandwich was filled with brown lettuce and even after removing it all the sandwich tasted bad. Like old food bad. Just the one bite made me sick. This place is disgusting. I will never eat here again.

I have ordered frequently, the location is close to my home and office.  But I'm so frustrated, I will probably quit ordering, at least from this location.  They can't seem to get it together.  Today I received the wrong sandwich, AGAIN. Third time in the last two months. Last week they had to cancel my order because their driver didn't show up... I consistently order extra lettuce, because I like it, and it still has hardly any. The last order even included the wrong drink and chips...really?!?  But today I received the most awful sandwich, beef with pickles and cucumbers...yuck. My receipt says Lil John #2, extra lettuce, add cheese...not what I got. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to have good management and make sandwiches, apparently, I'm wrong.

Great job JJ in HR. Order was 100% accurate, sandwich made perfectly, delivery driver followed delivery instructions, and of course freaky fast. LOL  Great service is rare anymore, much appreciated.

I'm not usually one to leave a review but I felt that I had to. Stopped in to Jimmy John's in Highlands Ranch to pick up a sandwich today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier went above and beyond answering my questions about the different options for a combo in lieu of chips. He also went the extra step and let me know all of the additional toppings that can be added to a sandwich for free. On top of that, one of the employees was gracious enough to check the ingredients list on the pasta salad to ensure it was vegetarian. Truly phenomenal service that is rare to find these days. Kudos to the staff!

Order arrived in a box with the fountain drinks on top of the sandwiches, fallen over.  Everything was soaked with coke, to include the sandwiches.  Called to see what could be done and was told to call back the next day.  I'll be calling tomorrow for a full refund or I'll be disputing the charge and they can eat the fee.  This location has sucked for the last two years, this is the last time I order from them.

Prices have become outrageous here. Ordered a Cajun Chicken wrap, but instead received a Chicken Ceasar wrap that had almost zero chicken in it, and was awful tasting. The wrap cost $12.50, and if you add chips and a drink, it is almost $20. Literally will not be back. This place was great when it used to be cheap, but at these prices, there are way better options.

You little sandwich boys need to check your tone before you get hurt. The next time one of you forgets your manners at the store and decides to curse at my girlfriend after being an hour late, I will mess you up freaky fast.Food: 1/5

Will not be returning to this location ever again! Last month had terrible service with delivery. The delivered the wrong sandwich not what I ordered not once, but twice!!! Was nearly 2 hours later when I finally got my correct order. Thought I would give them another try today. Took nearly 45 min for delivery. Sandwich has like half a scoop of tuna, half pieces of cucumbers, was missing tomatoes and cheese. Such a bummer. I love Jimmy John's but this location sucks.

They served me burnt bread on my sandwich. When I called, their manager said " All the Whole Wheat bread looked a "little dark." " hahaha!! It smelled awful. So burnt. Literally black. Throw away burnt bread please. : I hate complaining but this is bar far the worst sandwich I have ever received from your entire company. The fact that the entire staff decided to continue to use the bread on the sandwiches is beyond me. I ended up just ripping off the edges to try to eat the rest of it, but it all tasted burnt.
