This was my first time to a Modern Market Eatery, and I am thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is definitely a five out of five with their new remodel. The services is excellent. The gentleman taking our order gave great detail of each dish and what to expect. Our food arrived very quickly and was delicious. The curry salmon is definitely a fan favorite as it is packed with powerful flavor.  Kid-friendliness: High chairs  Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of parking with handicap accessible space. The dining space has enough wide open area to accommodate a wheelchair at a regular tabletop table.

Came here for lunch with my wife and absolutely loved the food! We both ordered the basil chicken sandwich and they were phenomenal. The flavor was great and it was a pretty good sized sandwich. My wife also ordered a cup of their tomatoes soup and said that was always very tasty. It’s also great to know they’re about sustainable sourcing and you can tell everything was made fresh to order. Not too many places care about fresh ingredients so we also appreciated that! We’ll be back!

Got the Salmon Lox bowl, which was tasty, could have used a dash more of the seasoning and the sauce so I could dab my greens into it. I adored the marshmallow crispy treat as always. The ice machine wasn’t working. The lemonade was good though.The interior of the restaurant was appealing. Restaurant was hard to see from where I came, thank goodness for gps.  Parking: At night it was fine but there aren’t a ton of dedicated parking spots for this place on the business side.

Attention management, This restaurant is ALWAYS COLD!! You just spent a ton of money remodeling the inside which is great, but it’s always too cold to sit and enjoy dining in. Please turn the thermostat up BY 5 DEGREES!  Then we won’t be forced to bring our coats in the summer or sit outside. Please make it as warm and cozy as the new remodel would suggest. Thanks!

So thankful this eatery is soo close to my neighborhood.  I can always pick up a quick meal that is healthy and filling!Food: 5/5

I want to share a negative experience my family and I had this evening at your Highlands Ranch location. We dine with you at that location regularly. We've had mostly positive experiences, but this evening was unacceptable.  It was as simple as an undercooked grilled cheese. I brought this sandwich up to the expediting counter and asked the manager if he could please remake the sandwich. I lifted the top of the bread to show that the cheese was still shredded and not melted at all. He replied with 'yeah, I guess' in a super impolite manner. I wasn't expecting him to beg for my forgiveness but it would have been nice if he just acknowledged that it was a little undercooked and offered to remake it without being disrespectful.  I then asked if you would like me to set the other sandwich down where there were dirty plates right in front of the counter. He said 'whatever, or you can just eat it'. I don't expect to have someone be so disgusted with me over returning undercooked food. I was friendly throughout so the attitude over poor food quality was unwarranted.  To top it off when I shared the story with my wife as we waited for the remade sandwich, she told me that she let that same gentleman know that there was no more soap in the bathroom. She says that his response to her was 'okay' as in 'what do you expect me to do about it?'  There was no line. There were at least 5 staff members visible. There were three other groups dining at the time. This wasn't Saturday dinner rush.  Do better

I got the chicken pesto aioli sandwich and it was delicious! Came with a side of fresh chips too. Pretty filling and tasted so good. The staff was very friendly. It wasn’t too busy there so the worker checking us out chatted with us for a little while. Store was very clean tooFood: 5/5

Healthy food, lots of options and customizations. They share calorie information for all dishes and condiments, which is very helpful. And their service is good. A couple of things to improve - the food could use a little more flavor, and portions should be better.

The coconut salmon Curry bowl was amazing! Highly recommended. When I walked into the restaurant, it was spotless!Food: 5/5

My chicken was very over salted and the rest of my dish was mushy and overcooked. I was hoping for better quality control from this premium priced fast casual restaurant. This is my second bad experience with Modern Market.Food: 3/5
