I ordered two little John’s & used a rewards for a free red velvet cookie on Friday 2/24/23 at 11:47 A.M. Not only did I wait OVER an hour for my food, but it was also missing the cookie!!!

We had a chance to eat at the Jimmy John's near 70th and A Street.  The bread was cold not toasted the service was probably acceptable to potato chips tasted stale the bread tasted stale a very very poor experience will not go back again

Why can't I have vegetables on the Slim sandwiches?  They are the perfect size for me, but a dry sandwich is not good, I am not even allowed condiments, except for mustard packets. I have even offered to pay extra.  I am sure there are others who would appreciate veggies and condiments, as well.

A local Jimmy John's it's great what more do you want? Recommend doing online ordering get points and freaky fast pickup and delivery

Not impressed. This place is less than a mile away from me and our order was to be delivered at 11. 11:10 rolls by and I call to see what’s going on. Apparently one of the drivers locked their keys in their car. Whatever it happens I get it. BUT it is now 11:33 and still no food. We are on a strict schedule at work. Fix the problem JJ. Either give the sandwiches for free or at least throw in a few free cookies. Freaky fast my a**!!

Always fast and fresh. Bread a little tough but overall I really life this place

Horrible customer service. Staff had no patience when I was  ordering. Staff slamming stuff around because didnt like the way in which I ordered the ingredients. Seriously slamming bread onto the counter. Come on?! Really?! Plus sandwich still wrong and gross

Not fast at all. I had the worst experience today with the restaurant on A st. Put an order for my kid who was having dance rehearsals and I was too far and she likes Jimmy John’s. I received a notification that the food was on its way to be delivered. My daughters break time came and went and it was not until almost an hr later that she received her food from the restart LITERALLY across the street from her school.

5 Stars for a few reasons: great sandwiches, super friendly staff & most important they were the only Jimmy Johns open in town. All the others closed early & I promised my son Jimmy John's. Thanks guys

Can't understand why my sandwich had Onion and No Mayo when I had specifically stated No Onion and Add Mayo. The drive thru attendant even repeated it back to me but the ticket was incorrect. This is why I don't frequently eat at Jimmy John's because the order is incorrect for me most of the time.
