Tried new item - double meat spicy sandwich. Really good and finally some meat in my bun... Try it you'll like it!

ORDER TOOK LONGER THEN USUAL AND I'M ACROSS THE STREET, THEN I GOT THE VEGGIE SUB WITH BARELY ANY AVOCADO SPREAD, AND I'VE ORDER THIS SAME SUB MANY TIMES BEFORE. I CALLED TO ADVISE AND THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE.

Placed order on two different occasions and never heard from them. Could not get through the phone either. Called another branch and said they were probably too busy.

Had a large order of about 8 sandwiches and seems they didn’t understand to put everything on it including mustard mayonnaise oil and vinegar. All the sandwiches were dry.  I spent like a good 87 bucks they were ready on time. They didn’t greet us when we came in. This happened 04/28/2022 late afternoon time.

Great sandwich, slightly pricey at $20 for a big sub but fully worth it. My only wish is that they’d offer some sort of economies of scale on the larger sandwiches like other similar sandwich shops do. I strongly suggest you try the gargantuan...

Worst sandwich I've ate in my life  feels like I got a sandwich straight out of prison

horrible service!! every time they come to deliver at my office if the person that ordered isn't out to pick up their order within a minute literally they threaten to leave and come back after all the other deliveries are completed or to not come back at all. While I understand  the importance of customer service and the slogan "so fast you'll freak" I DO NOT  understand their nasty attitude and their lack of customer service skills and lack of patience. A person cannot fly to the front of an office nor can they teleport. Although this industry thrives with their quick delivery needs to learn the importance of QUALITY SERVICE.

Always super fast service within minutes, they have it ready by the time you’re paying, it’s really incredible. I wish I was lucky enough to live or work within the delivery zone

Poor communication. Jimmy johns claimed they could not help me because it was a grubhub order. The delivery guy never arrived to my room after given the instructions on the order. When i attempted to reach out the driver he  states he left. I contacted Jimmy John. I was told they cant cancel my order because they use their own drivers. Im left with a $20 bank charge and NO FOOD. Terrible customer service i will never order from here again.
