This is my favorite chain sandwich restaurant, the ingredients and bread is fresh and the service is efficient. This is not in my area so I only get to eat here occasionally.Recommended dishesTurkey Tom

I think they screwed up the order because i ordered 2 spicy Italian regulars and the receipt says 1 giant spicy Italian. Bad taste. I have been to half a dozen Jimmy John's and never had a bad order until today. I also noticed that they covered up the window by the food prep area so you cannot watch them make the sandwich. What are the trying to hide? Felt like I was eating something very salty with too many Condiments. Don't trust these kids to make your sandwich unless you're watching them closely. 8/17/22 mgr dillion says he cannot refund my money because i paid with cash. Go figure........never coming back.

Love this location! The people are always friendly and tonight we had a great encounter with the catering manager! I forgot to get her name sadly because she has such a great attitude and you can tell she's a hard worker

Had a great experience on my first visit to this new location. It appears that they may have relocated from another nearby location. The BLT was great and prepared very quickly. The bread was soft and crunchy and the veggies were fresh and on point. Will definitely be back.

The delivery person woke my sleeping child by ringing the door bell about 10 times repeatedly.   When I spoke with the manager, he told me “What do you want me to do about it?”  Last time I order from Jimmy John’s.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered for "delayed delivery" from this store. Both times the food was delicious, but the delivery was at least 20 minutes late. Disappointing to have to defer my lunch break because I'm waiting for the food to arrive.

Great staff. Friendly and Freaky Fast.  One of the better JJ sandwich locations and I have to drive in from the other side of Tustin. Kristy and the team were great.  Thank you so much for still another great meal!

Second time ordering delivery from here and it’s as great as always! Got here at exactly the time I placed it for and driver as very nice. Don’t order out a lot, but Jimmy John’s has some great sandwiches

I had ordered a dozen giant sandwiches for an event and arrived at the location which was getting a tight schedule to the very minute.  By the time I arrived everything was perfect and ready to be loaded onto the car! Great food and service, definitely coming back again for both myself and business lunch!

The sandwiches and bread is always awesome at Jimmy Johns but we like coming to this location bc the the staff is super friendly. We especially like Mike; he’s super welcoming and attentive, he even checked on us mid-meal to make sure everything was great. His commitment to providing great service and experience for the  customers is amazing. Keep it up guys!
