I ordered from the s 27 location and the food came right away, however my sub the Turkey Tom, only had one slice of meat. So I called spoke to the manager told him I only had one slice of meat on my sub he basically said I was lying simply because he was the one who made the sub and claim it was the correct portion of meat, now he said he would remake it but it would cost me, which I didn't want another. But I did ask him what can he do about it,  he said he wasnt going to do anything, and to suggest more meat next time. Which is rude to say to a customer, he didn't try to keep me as a customer either. He was very unprofessional and lack customer service skills, I just wanted a coupon for the next time I order.

This has been happening alot lately. Before, i never had a problem but in the recent months I've had the same issue several times. I ask for a specific sub, i always ask for cheese & several times they forget the cheese. On another occasion, they added onions to it when that sub doesn't have onions. Theres also been a couple of times where i also ask for a cookie & they never include it. Its been lately. I usually go thru drive thru & the girl that is there sometimes seems like shes lost. I wont be eating at this location for awhile.

We ordered a sandwich and waited 45 minutes for one sandwich. The person who took the order,the driver and the person who answered the phone when I called to see where the sandwich was were all rude. Definitely don't order from this site because I know I won't.
