We waited for 45 minutes in the drive through to get food then when we got the food home it was wrong. Called and talked to the manager. She said next time we come in to bring the receipt in and she would make it all again correct for no charge. Coodos to the manager in charge . I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS AMANDA.

I was at taco Bell today. I waited 35min for 3 hard shell tacos. This was a ridiculous freak show to watch drive through had 25 min wait lol and mistakes after mistakes were made. The employees were arguing with customers and really were the saddest thing to watch. The manager was mad I asked for my money. She said that I had to be more patient. What? 35 minutes for 3 tacos I believe I was as calm as could be. The employees are definitely smoking dope or poping pills they all are off. If you want a good service and great taco come to taco stop. F taco Bell

This location seems to be unaware of their own hours of operation. Almost every night, they decide to close anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes early, inexplicably; with the menu and inside lights all still lit. They also have a "Drive Thru Open" neon sign that they claim doesn't turn off, which makes it pretty much impossible to know whether or not they are actually still open without sitting at the speaker box idly for 5 minutes to be greeted with silence. The employees also like to claim that they are out of certain products in an attempt to get people to leave due to disappointment, and then when you order something that uses that product, they magically have it available; so don't be deterred automatically if this happens to you. Real class act. If you want to close your store at 1:30am, make that your closing time. There are only about 3 employees that work late night that aren't total assholes, and they seem to rarely work. There used to be an incredibly rude closing manager that wouldn't even ask if you were done ordering before shouting the total at you, but I haven't seen her for a while. The new store manager also likes to short order the food product, so they actually are out of some things at certain points in the week.The 2 stars I gave are for the food quality, because unlike their customer service, their food is probably the best you're going to get from a taco bell (during the off-chance that they decide to actually try, let alone be open during their posted business hours). If you really want to eat here late at night, I would suggest coming before 1am, before they close early. Otherwise, if you're willing to drive, the Taco Bell on Layton tends to actually stay open until posted hours.

Great food, fast service, caring management! If you crave great tasting Mexican items and a quick bite in a friendly environment, this is THE place for you!

Apparently Friday and Saturday nights are the most busiest days. The cashier at drive trough was very pleasant to talk to. Nevertheless I was very disappointed when I opened my customized double chalupa. Half of my requests were not full filled. Consequently only 3 stars.
