The drinks are good. It’s great that they use honey instead of sugar. The service is fast and employees are friendly. I highly recommend this Kung Fu Tea location. They are consistently accurate when making their drinks, are lovely people all around, and you can literally have a different drink every time you visit for a while!. I will definitely be coming back to try something new soon!
EDIT: After my previous experience which was disappointing, I gave them another chance and they did not disappoint. As of now, I can confidently say that this location is one of the best Kung Fu tea branches in Toronto. Bumping my rating up to 5/5. Cheers. ------++++++++++---- We are regular customers here. Unfortunately, the staff has changed recently. Had picked a black warrior and an Oreo warrior to go, but received drinks without the flavors. Never encountered such an issue before. Otherwise, service and atmosphere is great as usual. ---------------- To the owner asking for more details:- The evening staff forgot to add the flavor to both, the Black Warrior and Orea Warrior. We were technically served just the cheese-milk, which just by itself doesn't taste great. Quite an upsetting experience. Thank you.
Visited today and ordered original milk tea with no ice, less honey, add agar bubble. Order waffles, too. The taste of the tea is outstanding, and it blends in with the milk and honey, the waffle melts in the mouth. Milk tea and waffles are the perfect duo that make me visit every time I go downtown. Staff are very polite. Thank for sweet experience.
The customer service is great. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. If you don’t know what to get, ask the staff, they were happy helping me out choosing the best drink for my visits Definitely recommend this place.Food: 5/5

The bubble tea is really good here. The staff working here are very friendly and helpful with the menu. Only a couple of tables inside though. Overall it was an excellent experience! Food: 5/5
the tea is great. however I have allergies and one time I asked the female barista if there was an allergen in the drink just to check, since I have a severe reaction to certain ingredients. she gave me a look and said no. when I said okay and paid, she turned to another worker a bit further in the back and began laughing in a different language mocking that I asked.
Best bubble tea I've ever had and service was great! Highly recommend the rose milk tea! Accidentally finished the whole thing before I left the store sorry for the bad photo lol.

I came here this afternoon; it looks like it's busy. Everything was going well until a group of people appeared out of nowhere and cut me off. Those people made me so angry. They might be the owner's friends, but PLEASE WATCH OUT YOUR BEHAVIOUR because I don't usually call people out. Also, it looks like they give those people's drinks more attention than my friend's, even though she waited in line for 10 minutes and ordered before them.
