The lady at the counter was beautiful, helpful, honest, and literally glittering. The drink she recommended was delicious and in my hands within five minutes. I highly recommend this stop as a pleasant pick-me-up!
Had a connecting flight in the A concourse and grabbed an orange sunrise I think that's what it was called. It was just what I needed for a quick pick me up! Staff were friendly and served the patrons quickly.
The BWI airport was extra busy on Saturday 12-10-22 ~740am. The host/cashier/drink maker & more Jasmine was the only person working the Jamba at BWI concourse AB. She was very busy the entire time I waited in line till i recieved my drink. There were about 10 people who ordered in the time I was there and more before & after me. She was moving effortlessly and efficiently. She not only cordially handled taking orders for drinks, fruit & heated food items; but was also polite to the parents who took their kids around the back of the Jamba to view her make drinks. Way to Gueax Jasmine. Kept the line moving, answered questions, service with a smile.
I stood waiting for a cashier to take my order for a few minutes and a few people then came up behind me to form a line. After some time passes, one of the staff finally notices us standing there and tells us that it's going to be 10 minutes. As we proceed to wait, he chats with other people then disappears. After more time passes and more people get in line, standing around trying to figure out what's happening, the girl pouring juices behind the counter looks at us like we're dumb and says with an attitude "We're not open". Not sure why there were conflicting messages or the need for an attitude, especially since there could have been appropriate signage if it was in fact closed, but it was extremely off-putting. I usually come to this Jamba Juice when I fly to and from BWI but I will no longer give them any business
Staff has milk and cold products laid out, employee coats on the clothes rack.. but no employees around. Just customers lined up wondering what is going on . Put up a sign or something??
Props to manager Jasmine, Grace and the rest of the team! They work very hard during Christmas day! Great customer service during holidays!
I've had great experiences at this Jamba Juice. The majority of the staff AR friendly and helpful, and they make drinks super fast. They also have a lot of vegan options, soy milk and soy protein options for most of the smoothies.
Ordered a large smoothie and confirmed the size with the cashier well mannered smaller framed girl. Another worker came back from her break to finish making the smoothie she looked like she wasn’t up to health code standards either, extremely long nails, mask not covering her nose despite making food in a very crowded place. She poured it into a medium cup, leaving a significant amount in the blender. When I mentioned I ordered a large, instead of trying to understand the situation that she literally just walked into, she got a really bad attitude and started arguing with me and we had a bit of back and forth before she talked to the other girl. The blender clearly had a lot more smoothie in it that was meant for me, and she was about to throw it away anyways, clearly not caring about the situation. The first girl was okay, but the second girl needs to seriously mature before she should consider working ANYWHERE. An establishment that hires a woman like that deserves 1 star, regardless of the other employees.
Terrible customer service and shame on Jamba Juice as a whole. Besides the prices increasing and ounces in each drink size decreasing, I was told that to get the rest of the smoothie that was left in the blender post pour, that I had to pay $.53 for the cup. Meanwhile I just paid $17.50 for two smoothies. It’s actually laughable that someone would have the audacity to say that. As a former employee and team lead at Jamba Juice, where i spent my high school years working, I know that there were always styrofoam cups for that exact reason kept below the counter. On top of that, I watched her pour smoothies into the wrong size cups, having to re cup them and throw away the old cup. Perhaps the staff should be held accountable for cup waste, not the customer.
Cashier was very disrespectful and cussed under her breath. She even got our order wrong.
