I am a realtor and have referred JK to my clients for years. My clients have always been pleased with the service they get from JK. My husband and I recently moved and used JK. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly our move went from the beginning to the end AND we had a five part move which involved a lot of planning. Eric Vislay did an excellent job estimating the move on the front end and followed up all through the process; Nastaha Biggers was a terrific coordinator and made sure everything was relayed to the different departments; and Miguel and his crew, Major and Glenn did a FABULOUS job moving all our household goods and making sure we felt good about the actual move. I HIGHLY recommend them as an excellent moving service! Way to go JK! You have an excellent team!!!

Moving is horrible - there's no way around that. I don't know how we would have done it without JK. From initial surveying and quoting to final pack and ship, their entire team was simply amazing. Incredible, prompt, friendly customer service and timely follow up to all of our questions and requests, and clear communication with me and my wife during the entire process. 

The movers that arrived to pack us up and ship us out were the nicest and hardest-working guys I've met in a while. They were willing to go above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during this stressful long-distance move. 

The only less-than-perfect part of the entire process was it seemed as though there was a bit of a lack of communication between headquarters and our moving crew. Ultimately it didn't negatively impact our move, so it was no issue for us.  

I can't recommend this company enough, or praise them more highly. These folks are amazing, and we'll definitely be using them if we move again in the future.

JK Moving was contracted by the Army to move my family from Great Falls, VA to Virginia Beach, VA. If you are assigned JK Moving, IMMEDIATELY REQUEST A NEW COMPANY. Although we provided photos and weights of many of our household items, their estimate was off by 16,000 lbs. Because of the unexpected overage, we were charged over $23,000 by the military, a cost we could have avoided by storing items or moving them  ourselves. As things turned out, we had to move back to Great Falls at our own expense less than six months later and that move of the SAME ITEMS cost us $17,000 with Absolute Moving of Virginia Beach. The military debt has ruined my credit and my wages are still being garnished. Now every time I hear their commercial on the radio I want to scream. AVOID JK MOVING FOR MILITARY RELOCATIONS!!!

JK Moving Services did a very good job of ensuring my small load of family antiques were moved safely and efficiently from VA to FL.  The staff and crew were very focused on customer satisfaction.
