Unhelpful management. They tell you one thing, you have the text message to prove it, and then they tell you they will not talk to you because you have misinformation even though it was directly from them. My lease was up and they kept changing ways to break it off so I didn’t go month to month and then told me if my ex roommate didn’t get a new person I’d have an eviction on my record even though I submitted my notice. They also charged me extra money until my roommates parents found out and then they had to refund my check but we did have to threaten to get a lawyer involved.
