Simon is amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. Helped me and my wife find our dream home, and got us a great price. Wonderful agent to work with, highly recommend him to anyone. Through the entire process, he guided us on everything, taking us on countless trips to see houses, listening to our feedback and providing his own without overlooking ours. Just a nice person to dral with, looks like he loves what he does and it shows with the quality of his work. He was always on top of everything when we hit escrow, checking with the bank, escrow company, even a solar company, very hard working, wouldn't have been able to close as soon as we did without him. Thank you Simon!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Simon Asef and DMC real estate over the past couple of years as they helped me purchase an investment property in San Diego. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and how seamless they made the process. I wish I used them when I bought my house which was a huge hassel and took many nights of sleep from me. However, that was before one of my clients referred me to DMC and I'm so happy they did. 

I can't recommend Simon enough as he really made me feel like family and made sure all my concerns were addressed at every turn. He really knows how to put his clients best interests first. When I pull the trigger on the next investment, there is no question who I'll be working with...DMC & Simon Asef!
