We walked into JNR last Friday 8/4/17 and was greeted by Dan Hicks. Our computer was damaged by a power surge that was strong enough to destroy the surge protector. Dan diagnosed the power supply was burned out and within a half hour he replaced it. He made sure the computer was back working and we were on our way.....What a pleasant experience!! Dan is an asset to your organization...Many Thanks!

Julian was able to calm our fears & managed to schedule 5 Star same day service! We run a small business & could not afford to be down over the weekend. Bryan came to our rescue . He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient & highly experienced. He followed through with complete test runs & was extremely knowledgeable in answering ALL our questions. We were up & running our business again in less than an hour. I will call JNR for any future repairs & highly recommend them to friends & family. The best computer repair shop in Ormond Beach! Julian and Bryan were very helpful and cleaned my system of a nasty virus and had it back to me in 24 hours. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Great place to bring your computer. I have been there a couple times, and have had great experiences each time. They are fast and reliable. Store is easy to find. I highly recomend them to anyone who has any sort of computer problems. Thanks JNR Computers!
