The mid-day check out cashier, Brandon, was arrogant, condescending and sharp tongue with me today when questioning and accusing me about fabric I had taken to Joann to match for a quilt. I gave him my fabric ticket for my purchase but he exhibited poor customer service skills. I shop in this store every week and have been a loyal customer for years.

I have recently begun shopping at our local JoAnn Fabric in Rocky Mount again largely due to the excellent customer service I have been receiving.  Linda, the New Manager and her staff are always very friendly and helpful going out of there way to make sure my shopping experience is pleasant. I am also a Veteran from the Air Force and am very pleased that my service is honored with my 10% discount. I do not always get that option, and so for me, I continue to shop here. I highly recommend for my friends to check out our local store. It is very clean, bright and cheery. I can always find what I need, and if it is not there, the staff quickly assists me in ordering on line thru Jo Ann's. I couldn't be more pleased. Keep up the Good Work!

Horrible.  Waited half hour to get fabric cut and never did get it.  1 person cutting and 1 employee wandering.  Asked for assistance and the wandering employee kept saying someone will be with you shortly.
Not a cashier in sight.
Finally put my purchases on the counter and walked out.
40 minutes in the store, got no assistance and nobody cared.
Shameful.
I will get my fabric and sewing material from somewhere else.

I like this store I went today with my appreal class to get fabric to make stuff the only thing I don't like is that the fabric is very expensive but it's a nice store to go to if you have a lot of money
