I went into joann's this evening and as soon as i walked in an employee began following me around, which is fine I wasn't in there steeling anything. It became not at all fine when another employee named Yolanda came right up to myself cart an was looking in myself purse. I moved the cart a bit and asked her if she could direct me to some pens and she just waved her hand in a shewing manner and said "no you no" and practically opens myself purse to look in it. I was apauled and don't know where they get their customer service training. I won't be going back to that store again there is a better craft store over by the mall anyway.

Such a small store. I wish they had a better selection. I was the only customer there and couldn't get anyone to help me.

Overcharged on clearance items. Returned to store to get it corrected, took 10 minutes for sales associate to figure it out with me telling her what the difference was, what coupons I had used etc. Not a good experience today.
