One of the best plumbers I have ever worked with, One of my investment properties had a leak that was coming from somewhere - the hoa sent countless plumbers and not one could find where the leak was coming from. Joe's team found the leak in seconds . Joe might having pricing a little higher than others but you'll get the Job done right and you'll save time. I will definitely use Joe's service again.

ZERO star, not even 1 Star!!
The owner, Joe Cole, is very unprofessional and rude. I was quoted $119 for the service call including the first hour of labor by Alice. However, I was handed a bill for $164. When I questioned the charge, Johnny, the plumber, tells me that every piece of equipment he used is an additional charge. Not once was this information given to me prior to the repair, even by Alice's admission when I called again complaining about the price difference. When I talked to the owner, Joe, he was very rude and unprofessional. According to Joe, I should have known that plumbing equipment is extra. So I guess the first hour of labor includes the plumber's bare hands only. What a joke! What a way to rip consumers off. Be upfront with your information and pricing.
And to make matters worse, when I told Joe I would not use the company again or refer to anyone, he replied that he did not need customers like me.

I was told by the owner and I quote"that I can turn the money ony way I like and shove it up my ass."       My  family called this company because one or out showers is busted and water keeps leaking. This company told us that for the first hour of work it was going to be $119 dollars and $85 dollars extra per hour that they spent working. Today the plumber came took a picture of the shower and said that it was going to be $180 dollars just for looking at it. Then when I said wait but it was $119 for an hour work then he changed the story and said yeah $119. Then I told why $119 if you just took a picture and you are leaving without having dine anything. Then he said that is service charge and I was like for what taking a picture. The plumber left and I called the company back to complain all of then couldn't help me I kept telling the lady that how is it $119  for just taking a picture they said that it was for an hour's work. Then she told me she was going to redirect me to the owner.  The owner did not let me speak and told me that I can turn the money ony way I like and shove it up my ass. Do not call this people you will get ripped off and insulted.

Quoting the owner of the company: "You can turn the money anyway you want and shove it up your ass!!!!!!!!!!!  Thats what the owner of the company told my son.  My husband called this company yesterday because we have a water leak in the shower so I make an appoitment for today at 8am. The lady told me that it was going to be $119 for the 1st hour and $85 for the extra so when the plumber came this morning he just took a look took pictures and said that we had to pay $180 just for services fee but he did not do anything at all just take pictures. When he was told that the company told me yesterday that was going to be $119 the first hour he changed his mind and say : " oh yes $119, when he left my son called the company and they gave him and absurd explanation about the fees  and he was redirected to the owner who did not let my son speak and told my son: " you can turn the money anyway you want and shove it up your ass!!!!!!!!!!! Please never call this company at least you want to be insulted.

I woke up to a busted pipe that was leaking from the ceiling in the garage.  I called Joe Cole Plumbing (I had never used them before), and within ONE HOUR of my phone call to them,  "Juan" was at my house! He did an outstanding job!  He recognized the problem right away, got up in the attic  (which was a VERY tight space), and replaced the pipe.  In addition,  they were VERY REASONABLY priced. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call them again.  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe Cole Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
