My tenant called me and let me know that her bathtub was backing up. I get it, I have a duplex that was built in 1956. It has old plumbing. My previous tenant had 3 cats. Yikes. After liquid draino didn't work, I called Dennis over at Universal Electric Services and asked him to refer someone. He referred Platinum. I appreciate the fact that they followed up and were accurate about what time they would be here for my service call. Tony was efficient and courteous while he was here. A little less than 2 hours of snakin' cost me $200. A little expensive, perhaps, but a great experience all around. Platinum comes highly recommended. And they showed up (see photos) in a swanked out turd-truck that was big, new, clean, and ready for any job. Kudos!
