Joe and his team provide incredible service. He really cares about his customers, has very fair pricing, and does impeccable frame painting. I brought Joe my beloved Pegoretti aluminum frame that had some rust under the paint. Turns out it was rusted in spots all over the frame - he sent me photos to show it. He ended up doing a full bead blast, multi-layer primer and a custom paint job that I designed, all for an incredibly reasonable price and completed in only 1 month. He’s very conscientious - checking in with me mid-project, including photos, to make sure he was executing my design as I imagined it. He even copied all the Pegoretti markings and logos perfectly. When I took it back to VeloTech in Palo Alto to be reassembled, they were floored by the frame and said it looked like a paint job that Dario Pegoretti (renowned for his artistic paint schemes) would have done himself. I am thrilled with the outcome and I would trust Joe and his team with any bike frame paint work I ever need done.

Outstanding results, but you have to be prepared to wait. Joe and his team definitely know what they’re doing. I brought them a 6 year old semi-painted carbon frame. They sanded it down to the weave and, per my instructions, painted portions of it in two colors, leaving some sections in natural weave. Then the whole frame was clear coated. The results turned out better than I had expected in terms of quality and finish. He did a great job mailing the frame back to me too.Total job took slightly over three weeks.

September 2014: These guys are very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced.  I sent a Trek Madone 5.9 in with some bottom bracket damage. They repaired the frame, and matched the paint in the area perfectly.  I could not tell there was every any damage upon close inspection. The repair process took less than 1 week. I highly recommend them.
