Update: Watch is now properly fixed, did not charge for the past two times it was handled.  

I would advise not getting your watch fixed here until they find a new watchmaker.  The only reason I am not leaving 1 star is the woman behind the counter was genuinely apologetic about everything.  Even after the watch was fixed, there was dust on the inside of the crystal (which I addressed the first time).
