This service never fails. Every week I call them at a different time, could be 3:45 am or 5:00 am or 6:00, they always are there when I get out of my house. Very reliable. Cancelling if flight is delayed on cancelled is also easy. Great service. Thanks.

Christmas Eve I called them up and got a taxi for 5 people, the driver payed attention to the road and was polite. Not much more I can ask for.

We ordered a cab to the airport for 5:45 am pickup. When it was late, we called the dispatch and they said they would check on the location of the cab and call us back. We never received a call back and when we called again they did not answer. We ordered an Uber in the meantime. The cab ended up showing up 17 minutes late which is unacceptable for an airport pickup. We took Uber which is much more reliable. Do not take this cab company if you need to be somewhere on time!

Don't believe the positive reviews: they're all fake. Had a dismal experience tonight. Called, gave the address, and waited. 20 minutes pass. Unruffled, I called the company. The call goes to voicemail. I call again 10 minutes later. Mind you, the taxi is already fifteen minutes late. The call goes straight to voicemail. After repeatedly calling while shivering in the cold to no avail, I call an uber, which promptly comes in 8 minutes. This POS company is a disgrace. I urge you, if you have anywhere to be at a reasonable time, DO NOT use this company. They will let you down in the most disappointing, frustrating way.

In November 2015 we had used Joe's Princeton Taxi & Car Services for airport transfers for our meeting attendees. I had reached out to Joe and offered a partnership with our event planning company - He would give our group a slight discount on his services and we would offer his company as an option to all our attendees. Joe was very responsive and his prices were the best in the area. Our event planning team personally used Joe's services to and from the airport. We were very happy with the vehicles, drivers and trips. We were especially impressed with one of our drivers named Paul. On the night we were to return back home, there was a tremendous rain storm. We were in danger of missing our flight and were very nervous. Paul navigated the traffic and weather conditions like a true expert. We ended up making our flight in just the nick of time and to Paul and Joe we are very grateful. If you are ever in the Princeton, NJ area, we highly recommend Joe's Princeton Taxi & Car Services!
