Recently I picked up a DUI charge in Cleveland, with a breath test result over the legal limit. I had several prior DUI convictions and knowing the current climate for these cases, I was a nervous wreck. John was able to calm me down and got me through it at a reasonable fee, and somehow got the charged reduced to a Physical Control, no points and without a jail sentence. I didn't expect this good of a result. Needless to say, I highly recommend him.  I have also used John for a variety of other legal issues over the last 10 years with consistently great results. He has been a pleasure to work with and always gets back to me promptly. He is an extremely talented, hardworking lawyer and has a tremendous courtroom presence.

Attorney Shepherd is an excellent attorney and has represented me throughout the years, including an auto accident, real estate matters, and estate/probate issues.
