Overall, the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car.  After a couple of times going to other area dealers and being treated badly, I walked in to John Eagle and immediately was treated like family.  I had already had my older Honda (the one I traded in) serviced at John Eagle many times and had nothing but great experiences with them.  So, I decided to give the sales group a try.  I entered the dealership very skeptic, but John Moran and William Cheek in Sales changed that right away.  John was who I had been dealing with.  He was busy with another customer so had William take me to test drive.  Both of these guys new the product and were funny as heck.  I've never laughed so much while buying a car.  John Moran is the real deal.  Y'all go and see him.  

Also, Jonathan Villarreal in Finance was great as well.  He explained everything and I did not walk away with a question about anything of the Financing aspect.  Overall, A+ service and I am 100% satisfied.  You've got a lifer here.  I'll never go anywhere else to buy a Honda.  This is my third Accord to drive and I don't know why I didn't choose John Eagle to buy the last two in the first place.  Thanks again to John Moran.  I am very happy with my new Honda and I never knew it was so easy to purchase a car.  You made it simple, easy, and fun!

Thank you to Johnnie (Sales), Chris (Sales Manager), and Jerome (Finance).  I am so happy with my 2017 Honda Civic EX-T Manual transmission!  The John Eagle team got me the exact vehicle I was looking for (style, color, transmission) at a fair price and with great customer service.  I highly recommend working with them!

We found a used jeep there that on a whim we traveled over 45 minutes to go see. They stayed open late just for us. Worked out a good deal with us. And was not pushy. We will consider them for our next vehicle purchase and reccomend them!

Service provided by Rafael Ortega was really professional, demonstrated nice attitude, willingness to help. I arrived to Service department at 6:30 pm, but Rafael assured us  - job will be done, and he'll deliver car to the main building where we participated in dealership "Customer appreciation" meeting. All GOOD!

I was due to get an oil change and tire rotation, so I decided to map the nearest Honda dealership to me. Was not sure if I was at the correct location when I got there because the facility did not look anything remotely to a Honda dealership. I pulled in not knowing if I was in the correct place and was greeted by Kevin Tran. He was very professional and helpful in taking care of my vehicle to be serviced. He ended up finding a minor problem with my headlight which was free to replace and a recall on my Honda which was taking care of right on the spot. I would highly recommend anyone that needs servicing on their vehicle to check this place out.
