I can truly say that the team here at Sport City Toyota went above and beyond my expectations to make my car buying experience a great one! A special thanks to Virgil in service and Jason in Sales. These guys showed superior customer service and customer appreciation. I went looking for a safe, reliable, affordable, and stylish car for my family. Under pressure to find us a car, less than one week away from our move across the country, it is safe to say I was not the easiest sale of the day. Jerry in Sales stayed at the dealership me hours past his shift on the day of my purchase to make sure that I (and my dad who grilled us over the phone for hours throughout the purchase, lol!) felt that I was making a good investment. Even when I returned days later with more questions about my vehicle, Virgil and Jason took the time to make sure that I was taken care of before my trip. Thanks everyone for making this experience a great one!

The scheduling was flawless. Ashley does an amazing job in getting the service scheduled. She does a spectacular job in following up on a regular basis. I am very impressed by that. The service itself took over 2 hours and I was just looking at an oil change. The person that attended to my service request informed me that it will take 1.5 hours and by the time I got out of there, it was almost 2.5 hours. They need to estimate times in a better manner. Overall, their service staff is very courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Purchasing from this dealership was fairly easy and quick. The salesman we had was not pushy, which I liked. I didn't care for the finance guy. He didn't seem to know how to handle someone who had their own financing and tried to get me to use theirs. I have taken my truck in twice for servicing, since I got it, and was disappointed both times. I expected that when I got it back it would be checked and cleaned, both inside and out. It wasn't. The first time, they washed it but didn't vacuum it. The second time neither was done. I guess I was use to dealing with Rusty Wallis VW, who would clean and vacuum my car every time I took it in, even though I didn't buy it from them. It was a very simple and nice gesture on their part and I spent more money with them because of it. Just thought I would get at least the same kind of treatment considering I bought this vehicle, NEW, from Sports City Toyota. ****Update to this post*** I have reduced my stars for this company and if I could I would give them none I would have. I was asked to bring my truck back to try and make up for the lack of service. They told me they would have it detailed and fill up my gas. They picked my truck up from home and told me it would take 3-4 hours. After 4 hours had past I called to see if they were done as it was lunch time and I needed to go feed my kids. I was told it was done and as soon as someone came back from his lunch they would drop it off. I had my husband drop me off to pick it up. The first thing I noticed was my Dallas Cowboys Star magnet was missing from my tailgate. They sent someone out to the detail area, after about 10 minutes, they brought it to me and stated it must have fallen off (mind you I've been through countless numbers of car washes and it's never come off). Then when I get home, I noticed the hood of my truck has two dents in it, that look like they set something very heavy on it. I am SOOO done with this place. I couldn't even bother contacting them back about it...I'm sure if I had, they would just have asked me to bring it it and something else would have happened to my truck. This place is a nightmare! I have changed dealerships and will not be returning. If you must...buy your car here but don't pay for any extra services and never, never return.

Went to get a dash replaced under warranty. i had to call them multiple times before they said they forgot to order but had the part anyways. (then why order if you have one??) when they did fix the dash, i was told an inspection had been done. A few items were identified that i was aware of and appreciated the information. But I was told my break pads needed replacing, fronts at 2mm and the backs at 3mm. I bought new pads only to discover they had lied. The front pads had 40% life left and the rear had 90%. it was closer to centimeters than millimeters. would not recommend repairing your car here. if you do, mark your parts and request them back.

I went there to get my car serviced and tire patched a couple weeks ago and this received the worst customer service possible. I was directed to pull up into the area where they take the car to service it and sat in my car for over an hour with no help. Finally an older man came out and asked me if I had been helped and when I said no he helped me out immediately. I went inside and about 20 minutes later they said they were done. I thought it was a little odd because it had never been done so quick but I wasn't complaining though because after waiting for so long in the car I was ready to leave. I paid for my patched tire got my receipt and left. Well when I get home my car has a message on the dash that says "car needs maintenance" didn't make sense to me because I had just gotten it done and that light is always gone when I get my car serviced. Turns out they didn't do anything other than patch my tire. This is the worst Toyota dealership I've ever been to and I will not be returning. (Toyota of Richardson has the best service!)
