Awesome place to find many local and organic items as well a great local gifts. The staff is really helpful and friendly

The place is a wonderful, albeit expensive, shop for healthy, local, (and indulgent) foods. If you shop smart you actually can get a lot for your money: the spices and herbs counter in back is amazing and wide-ranging, the bulk food items are priced very decently for the quality, and they always have two monthly special coffee blends to save a few bucks (and spend it on a chocolate bar!) Also, they carry a bunch of brands that you can't find anywhere else in the area.

Visited during a trip to Acadia, and loved the store.  GREAT prices on all kinds of bulk foods for hiking snacks, really good selection of everything else. Looking forward to stopping in again when we're back in the area.

Only grocery store in downtown and only health Food store in the city employees are always eager to help the store carries a wide variety of merchandise from pet food to Home cleaning supplies medicine and cosmetics to Fresh local produce and they have the best sandwiches in the city they are locally owned and the owner can be often found in the store helping out with various tasks and being extremely friendly to customers
