John L Scott Lake Tapps was founded in 1956 as the original Lake Tapps Realty. Back then if you wanted to buy property on Lake Tapps you'd come into the office, pick out your lot, set up easy in-house payments, have a toast to your new purchase and off you went! A lot of things have changed since then however we're proud to still be a locally owned and operated small business, with our roots firmly planted in the area! We're now franchised with John L Scott, a local company with regional reach and nationally recognized marketing tools. This is great for our customers, who get our personal touch along with world class service and marketing.
