As first time home buyers, we had so little expertise about buying our first home, and we were incredibly anxious about making the right decision for our future.  With Marguerite's help, we navigated the overwhelming process.  She make herself available every second of the day and night to answer our questions or to soothe our conflicting thoughts.  When it came down to the signing the paperwork, the bank threw an unexpected curve ball and she went to bat for us, swinging a better deal in our favor.  It's been 10 years since we bought that home, and even though we've moved on to another location, I would still never change that experience with Marguerite.  She will always be our forever realtor. Incredibly knowledgable. Honest and clear. I can't recommend Marguerite enough if you're looking for a real estate agent or a matchmaker in Tacoma.

Let's imagine real estate is a dark and scary forest and you've heard there is a cozy cool little cabin out there in the woods that's all yours *IF* you find it. Did I mention the forest was dark and scary? And dark furry creatures hide in the shadows growling? What you need is a guide. Someone cheery, who knows all the right paths, how to read the trails to keep you out of the quicksand and away from the rodents of unusual size. You need someone who is a cross between a ninja and a ranger, and make sure you make it to your cabin by her moxie and the sharp edge of her wits and lights the way with the force of her personality. One that may even bring a snack and some hot cocoa. That's Marguerite. She's full of win, cheerful, full of alacrity, and the sort of person that isn't just waiting with a pen. She's not one of the evil creatures in the forests. She's your co-adventurer and she will help you find your cabin.

Oh, and she may go skydiving with you if you are really brave like she did with me and we totally didn't land in a dark and scary forest.
