My parents' new home had a plumbing issue and they were referred to John Murray Plumbing to fix it. The plumber came in the afternoon and determined he needed to snake the pipes to find the source of a clog. The plumber stated that if he worked past 5 pm that he would have to charge overtime so he would just come back the next day and charge ONCE for the service fee. He came back the next day with another plumber. They fixed the problem (removed tree roots growing into pipes) and charged over $400!!! He charged twice for the service fee. Unbelievable. We will not use them again.

This place is horrible! Crazy women running the phones! Stay away from John Murray Plumbing!! Hide your pots and pans! For some reason they think its ok to use your stuff and not the tools they should have brought!

A great experience.  I was quoted $98 for a service call to fix a leaking tank on my toilet. Craig showed up early and called ahead. He determined the problem was just a hose that fell off inside the tank. Quickly fixed and then he fixedly my other toilet by adjusting the valve properly. Since it was such an easy fix he only charged 1/2 of the quoted fee.  Honest, competent, fast and fair pricing.   Very satisfied.

I have had pretty urgent plumbing needs twice now and John Murray has responded both times quickly and effectively.  Their workmanship is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable.  I will not go anywhere else.
