I've been very pleased with the prompt, professional, and technically skilled service provided by John and his staff.  Their prices are very reasonable, and they clearly communicate in terms a non-technical person can understand.  I have used them for several years now.  They have proven themselves to be honest and dependable, in my experience.  I have recommended them to others who have also been very satisfied with their service.  I highly recommend John and his entire staff.

John's Computer Service brought my trusty but aged Dell PC back to 
Like-New status after a serious infection caused it to run slower than molasses in January. The service charge was reasonable, down time minimal.  I am most pleased with the way the computer is running again and equally pleased I found a Staunton computer repair shop I can in good faith recommend to others.

John set up our entire office network 10 years ago and has watched us grow from 4 employees with simple desktops to 15+ PC workstations with dual monitors, Fax, Printers, Scanners, E-Signature Pads, Internet & Wi-Fi configuration, our Network Server, plus Top-Notch Security compliant with our heavily regulated industry. 
He brought together EVERYTHING and he always goes out of his way to SAVE us money...not nickel & dime us like other 'professionals' we have dealt with in the past. We are now a multi-million dollar/year business - and we couldn't have done it without him!
He is always on top of everything, always there when we need him! We highly recommend his services.
