I've bought 2 cars for my kids at John's. I won't buy anywhere else. They have great vehicles. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful, but never pushy. I have dealt with Carlos and Steve and both are outstanding. The owner, John, always deals with you personally and makes it his goal to make sure you leave satisfies and happy. Nick makes the paperwork quick and smooth. I can't say enough good things about John's. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

John and his entire team worked with me through the whole process. My credit was less than Stellar but they were able to secure me a loan. Communication was great. John personally followed up with me after my purchase. I especially would recommend working with Brady. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend giving John and his team a try if you are looking for a nice used vehicle

My experience at this dealership, was that the salesperson and the owner took a personal interest in reference to my situation. Time was taken to explain my options along with being helpful in showing cars with prices that would fit my budget. The team effort was excellent. So as a customer I would give a thumbs up in reference to the professional attitude and interest that was shown to me during my visit at the dealership. Dr. BJC.

Wonderful experience! They really look out for you here. Being a full time student and working two part time jobs I knew getting a decent car was going to be really hard. However, they really worked hard to work with me and I couldn't be more grateful. They are all really personable people I went in smiling and left smiling and laughing! Most of the employees were nice! I personally worked with Tony, who was understanding of my needs and concerns and actually worked to get me exactly what i asked for. He was the biggest help and so was the owner John!

Looked at over 20 car dealers online, talked/emailed/texted with at least a dozen. All but 2  had no time for a $4,000-$10,000 sale. Of these 2, John’s Auto Rt 13 had time for my questions, were honest and courteous. Traveled 45 minutes for hands down... the best and easiest auto purchase of my life. Steve, Edgar and John were professional and personal. Highly recommend Johns (and several of my friends are salesman at the big name places - forget them and go to Johns Auto Rt 13).
