DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I was just like you looking for a good deal on used cars and this is not the dealership(if you even wanna call it that) that you should go through. Worst customer service ever and once you buy a car forget about trying to get in any contact with them because they’ll ignore your calls purposely or answer and pretend to be someone else. They’re frauds and I would never recommend this to anyone because I wouldn’t want them to go through what I did.

Alex and his team at Philly Auto Group are knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly.When I first stepped foot on their car lot I felt a sense of sincerity that I had not felt on other car lots and let me tell you I did some shopping around. It was a no nonsense no hastle experience for me personally. He had many makes and models to offer and they all looked clean and well maintained. There was absolutely no pressuring sales men trying to figure me out nor asking me what am I working with. I felt comfortable there like that feeling you get when you know your at the right place at the right time. I love my new AUDI A4 and can't believe how affordable it was !!! Thank you to the entire team at Philly Auto Group for helping me find the perfect vehicle for me. I will definitely share with  people the great experience I had there and the care and commitment they displayed that helped me make the right decision for my future.

Totally misleading advertisements. They display reasonable pricing, but then blind side you with a $2000 down payment? Are they nuts? They hooked me in with the affordable $5000 price tag and then expect almost 50% in down payment? Thats borderline scamming. Oh, and they've also threatened people for writing bad reviews! Like you're gonna sue for slander because you have scummy business practices? Disgusting
