John was our buyer's agent for a house we bought in Fayetteville in  2012 for our college age son last August. My wife and I live in Little Rock and Mr. Hagberg worked with our son in finding the house, he helped us negotiate with the sellers, and because we needed to close before school started at the U of  A, he stayed after bank and title company every day to get it done in time. We came to refer to Mr. Hagberg as Uncle John

We are now looking for property in the Fayetteville area to retire to and have asked John to help us again.

We highly recommend Mr. Hagberg

Since John Hagberg helped us 4 years ago with the purchase of a house
in town for our college bound boys we've stayed in touch nearly monthly looking for that 'just right' piece of property just outside Fayetteville for Joyce and I to retire to.
When John called one morning in 2016 to tell me that a 3.5 acres we had on our list was reduced in price, we moved quickly. John was prepared. We had an offer and acceptance in a week and closed before the end of the month.
John Hagberg makes deals happen!!

In March 2017 John let me know that an adjoining 4 acres to my 3.5 acres was on the market. This time the deal was not quick and easy.
The property had been foreclosed on and was bank owned.
John's experience and patience with the bank's agent, the bank and me

Overall we had a really good experience with John. We took a while but he was very patient with us and we eventually found the house we wanted and he really helped us with that.
