So far awful wouldn't recommend it I am not putting one star YET as I'm waiting to give them a last chance. I literally have the easiest uncontested divorce in history I feel and I have had no phone calls returned then a week later I get a lovely letter saying nothing has been done because hey have no way to reach me yet I get emails and phone calls? Unfortunately I've missed the past few calls and had to return their voice mail. Again no response.. going in tomorrow if they are opened hey have odd hours and hope I can get this settled. In the next month if not due to their establishment I will have fingers crossed I can get my money back and go else where.

Very easy to call and talk to. Took a long time  for the whole process but they did there job and helped me in my financial crisis. I would use them again ..... but hopefully I don't  because I don't want any more troubles lol  Rachel (paralegal) answered every email  very quickly . Only downside I would say is sometimes to sign paperwork I would have to drive from Chesapeake to Hampton because the Chesapeake office was closed.

I have used multiple Attorneys’ for various services, but never have I received the level of professionalism and expertise that I did from Attorney Timothy R. Douglass and his paralegal Kimberly Miller at Attorney John W. Lee’s office.  In fact, from the time I called the office to schedule an appointment, until the day of court, Mr. Douglass and Kim were always available to address my concerns. Furthermore, the knowledge and information provided was clearly articulated and I felt confident that if I had any concerns they would be addressed in a timely fashion. On the day of court, Attorney Douglass was on time and he had a copy of all of my legal documents prepared for me. I was exceptionally satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend this law firm to my family, friends, and professional associates.

I utilized the Law Office of John Lee, and had the pleasure of working with Attorney Chad Roberts.  My experience was excellent.  The law office worked quickly and efficiently to help me through my case.  Mr. Roberts was very professional and thorough and was able to help me obtain a positive result.  I will definitely work with this office again in the future, and I strongly recommend them.

I'm so thoroughly satisfied! I dreaded having to file for bankruptcy because I didnt know what to expect or how it worked. I went to The Law firm of John W. Lee  and was relieved with how thorough they were. Everything was explained so that I could understand what my options were and what I needed to do. I really appreciate how comfortable they made me during the entire process. I highly reccomend this Law Firm and wish I had gone to them sooner.
