On first impression, the office staff was very professional. They took time to ensure that I understood the process regarding my automobile accident and assured me they would keep me informed every step of the way. They lived up to their word and I must say that I'm extremely happy to have had them on my side. Professional and hard working staff are more difficult to find these days. Unfortunately I would not recommend this office, they refused to take my case because they could not get a lot of money for the issue that I needed handled, I was talked over and not allowed to give my full account of my horrible incident. In which I had to call twice just to get a call back. I unfortunately fell in a bodily fluid that was not cleaned up/marked off/barricaded in a large establishment and because of the problem I have a sprained knee, bruised left knee and uncontrollable spasms in my calf’s if you want to make sure you can be taken care of do not come here they will only assist if it is a benefit for them.

Very professional.... anytime I had a question regarding my case O' Mara & his staff was always prompt with returning my call. Mr. O'Mara made sure I was up to date on everything regarding my case, As well as checking on me periodically to see how I was doing. I am very pleased and satisfied with my overall experience. Even though me meeting them was an result of me being injured I so happy of my relationship with Cooper & Hurley!!!
