As usual, polite technician who did the annual maintenance on the furnace. I've been using this company for more than 20 years and have never had a problem with them.

Big furnace problem and technician was here early this morning. As always, polite and helpful technician. Then the gentleman who measures and determines what size unit you need came right away to give me information and a quote. Excellent service from this company always.

I went through two or three HVAC companies before I found John Waters. I've been using them for four or five years. They're competent, thorough, and most important, honest. I highly recommend them.

As always, John Waters provided us with excellent service this past Friday afternoon. Troy, the Service Technician, was efficient, courteous, and educated me at every step to help me take better care of our HVAC system. He was very thorough in checking our system to determine if there was a problem, and he did all of the little extra things that keep the system in good shape. We couldn't ask for better service. Everyone at John Waters should be very proud of the team they have assembled over the years. Keep up the great work!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! They were easy to work with, explained exactly what went wrong with our old furnace, and were incredibly thourough with their estimate and installation. They were honest, didn’t try to push things on us we couldn’t afford, and cleaned up after themselves. They are locally owned and absolutely awesome!
