Sureway Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing: Our Story, Services, & Value
Our History & Local Roots
Founded and led by John Wilcox, Sureway Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing grew from a dedicated local trade practice into a premier full-service home comfort provider. Over ten years ago, John was joined by his wife, Gretchen, to build structured systems, modern software, and a team culture centered on operational excellence. Located at 341 Washington Avenue in Bridgeville, PA, Sureway was born in the very community where Mr. Rogers got his start. That legacy shapes our company culture every day: we believe in neighborly care, doing good deeds, and building long-term relationships with the people we serve.

What Makes Us Different
At Sureway, we do not believe in high-pressure sales tactics or quick temporary fixes. We operate according to Five Core Values that guide every service call:

We Put Our People First: We heavily invest in our team because well-cared-for employees naturally provide exceptional care to our customers.
We Earn It: We earn profit and trust the right way—through quality workmanship, dependable solutions, and standing firmly behind every job we complete.
We Educate: We run advanced diagnostic testing and provide honest, transparent assessments. We present clear options so you can make informed decisions that fit your lifestyle and budget.
We Respect People: Respect is earned and given. We treat your property, your family, and your time with the utmost care.
We Are a Good Neighbor: Driven by our hometown values, we strive to perform a good deed every day and leave every customer glad they met us.
